Important Notice regarding Social Distancing in the Church

Published on September 12, 2020
During the week the Archbishop of Dublin wrote to all parishes in the Archdiocese to remind us all about the importance of social distancing before, during and after a visit to the Church.
In light of increasing COVID cases in Dublin and the caution issued by the CMO, it is advised that people maintain a 2M distance at all times and DO NOT congregate in groups inside the Church.
For those attending the confirmations, this means that no photographs or gathering can take place in the Church before, during or after the ceremony. Please follow the guidance of the Stewards at all times. Please remain in your seat once seated. Please wear a face covering at all times. Please avoid close contact with groups and please avoid shaking hands.
At the end of all ceremonies in the Church, we ask you to remain in your seat until a Steward guides you to the exit.
Thanks as always for your cooperation
Fr Martin OFM Cap, PP.
